Gregory G. Gay, Esquire is the president of Gregory G. Gay,
P.A. that has law offices in New Port Richey, Spring Hill and Crystal River,
Florida. He received a B.S. in accountng from Florida State University in 1970.
In 1973, he received a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. He
received an M.S. in financial services from The American College in 1983. In
1998, he received an M.A. in biblical studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Mr. Gay was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973. He is
certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education in
elder law and in wills, trusts, and estates. Mr. Gay is also certified as an
elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is also designated
as a Certified Advanced Practitioner by The National Elder Law Foundation.
Mr. Gay is past-president of the Tampa
Bay Area Planned Giving Council and past-president of the North Suncoast Estate
Planning Council. He served as president of the West Pasco Bar Association from
1981–1982. Mr. Gay served as the special master for Baker Act and Marchman Act
hearings in West Pasco County, Florida, from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Gay serves as the
president of the Florida Lawyers Legal Insurance Corporation that provides a
panel of Florida attorneys to insurance companies providing pre paid legal
assistance to the citizens of Florida.
Mr. Gay is a past chair man of the
Pasco-Hernando Community College Board of Trustees. Mr. Gay is a past president
of the New Port Richey Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow.
Mr. Gay is a member of Idlewild Baptist Church in Tampa,
Florida. Mr. Gay is a Trustee of Mustard Seed International.
He is married to the former Julia Juanita Stokes of Miami,
Florida. They have two children who graduated from Florida State
University.
